On June 9th, 2014, iBonus Limited acquired the iBonus Business with all specified tangible and intangible assets, including licenses, trademark, contracts, personnel, together with intellectual property rights and all Goodwill from Lucky Technology Limited. All shareholders of iBonus Limited have no relationship in shareholding and employment with Lucky Technology Limited.
On June 12th, 2014, iBonus Limited appointed AVI Infosys as the master distributor worldwide (except Greater China) for iBonus products. AVI Infosys is fully responsible for sales and marketing, pricing strategy and distributor and reseller appointment.
